Both Ukraine and Latvia are currently going through their own processes in terms of attracting labour and providing the necessary specialists and skills. In Latvia, the market is practically exhausted in almost all sectors and competition for recruiting staff is becoming increasingly fierce. Thus, what an employer can offer its employees and how to persuade them to stay on is very important, as is the ability to convince new recruits that this will be the best place to work and that this company is more attractive than others
